Carol Poubel offers limited returns for eligible items in accordance with this Return Policy. Subject to certain conditions explained in this Return Policy, the return and refund policy is as follows:

Return & Refund Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and items may not be returned for a partial or full refund.

Faulty Products: Products that are received damaged or become damaged by a manufacturing fault within thirty (30) days of purchase are considered faulty. Items that become damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Carol Poubel will determine, in its sole judgment and discretion, whether the damage is as a result of normal wear and tear or some other reason. Damaged or faulty products will be repaired at no cost to the customer.

Carol Poubel will endeavor to repair, at our option and at no cost to you, a fine jewelry product that is delivered to you damaged or found to be faulty within 30 days from delivery to you. After 30 days from delivery to you, if a product is or becomes damaged for any reason, please reach out to us and let us know, and we will endeavor to work with you to facilitate a suitable repair or replacement option, at your cost.

Warranty Policy: Carol Poubel offers a 30 day limited warranty on all pieces sold. If your jewelry breaks, becomes damaged, or does not function properly within the warranty period, you may be covered by the Warranty Policy.

In order to activate your Warranty Policy, your product must be:

  1. Within 30 days of purchase; and 

  2. You must email to TWOTWENTYART@GMAIL.COM photos and videos  clearly showing the damage and any broken parts.

Carol Poubel will review the damage and determine whether the damage is due to misuse by the client or by a defect during production. In case the damage is determined to have been caused by misuse, the warranty policy will not cover the damage, and the customer will be responsible for any associated shipping and repair costs. In case the damage is determined to have been caused by a production defect, the warranty policy will cover the damage, and Carol Poubel will cover the associated shipping and repair costs.

The packaging of each item is designed in such a way as to provide specific protections, guaranteeing as much as possible that no damage will occur to the product during transportation. As a result, this Warranty Policy contains some exceptions:

  1. Products must be shipped in their original packaging, including boxes, bags, protective coverings, and other signature packaging materials, including Carol Poubel and designer labels. If your order did not include the proper packaging, please email customer service on the website.

  2. Products which do not include the original packaging materials, or in which the original packaging materials are not in good condition, will not be accepted under the Limited Warranty Policy.

Product Colors

We have made every effort possible to ensure the colors are displayed as accurately as possible. Carol Poubel cannot guarantee your computer’s monitor will accurately display the true color. If you have any questions about the color of an item please contact TWOTWENTYART@GMAIL.COM prior to placing your order.
